Baruti AG is seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team in Podujevë. As an Admin Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining a productive work environment. This permanent, full-time position requires a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Oversees daily office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Serves as a point of reference for staff questions or needs related to the work environment.
- Helps create a positive atmosphere through internal activities and promotes company values and appropriate workplace behavior.
- Represents Baruti AG in local job fairs, career events, and business forums.
- Acts as a local liaison on behalf of the Department of Human Resources (DHR) for general issues, with the authority to communicate decisions in coordination with HR management.
- Supports HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provides general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Ensures that the office complies with legal health and safety standards in accordance with applicable laws in Kosovo.
